Meetings are normally held on the fourth Monday of each month from September through June at the Mountain Lakes Public Library. They usually alternate between a club members' competition and a presentation or demonstration. Meetings start at 7:30 PM, but they are preceeded by a "Pre-meeting" that starts at 6:30 PM. Pre-meetings provide time for socializing, discussion, and/or tutorial presentations, typically given by one of our members.

This past year we started a new activity - a series of Small Group meetings. These are held between the club's monthly meetings and may be in member's homes or, perhaps, at one of the local libraries. Timing, location, and frequency vary, as they are determined by the members of the group. The purpose of these groups is to provide an oportunity for members with common interests and experience levels to work together, with more experienced members (when that's appropriate). Currently there are three Small Groups: New Photographers, Advanced Photographers, and Photo-Editing.
